Tracy Hoffer is a Certified Working Pastry Chef and graduate of Johnson & Wales University receiving a Bachelor of Science in Baking & Pastry Arts, Magna Cum Laude.
During college, Hoffer competed on the student ACF team and confirmed her love for competition.
After graduation, Hoffer worked at The Vintage Club (Indian Wells, Calif.) before making her way to Maryland to begin work at Chevy Chase (Md.) Club in 2014.
In 2016, she competed in the Culinary Olympics representing Junior Team USA.
Currently, Hoffer is the Executive Pastry Chef of Chevy Chase Club running a two-person shop that provides desserts for banquets (plated and buffet), special occasion and wedding cakes, causal and fine dining plated desserts, baked goods for grab and go’s in the canteens and catering/take-outs for the membership.
