Chef to Chef Conference organizers are extending the learning opportunities to include bonus Saturday programming with a tour of a wagyu beef ranch as well as a club tour of San Antonio Country Club. Chefs can select this special event during registration, either as part of their initial registration or retroactively as a modification to an existing registration. Capacity is limited. On Saturday, March 2nd, Chef to Chef Conference attendees will have a rare opportunity to gain intimate and exclusive insights into the meticulous process behind raising wagyu beef during an exclusive tour of Landgraf Ranch in Red Rock, Texas.
Rancher Kenny Landgraf will share the methods to raise this cattle type. He will showcase the ranch’s unwavering commitment to science, animal welfare, breeding, and the production of the final product.
After the tour, attendees will be treated to a lunch of Landgraf Ranch wagyu burgers before moving on to San Antonio Country Club, where they will meet with Executive Chef Eduardo Castillo, CEC, and the club’s leadership team to learn more about the club’s culinary philosophy and operations. Subsequently, attendees will be divided into groups to embark on a behind-the-scenes tour of SACC’s impressive $8 million food and beverage operation.
The Ranch and Club Tour will conclude with a Texan-style dinner featuring Texan beef, wines, and many of the most iconic food and ingredients indigenous to the region.
The tour includes round-trip luxury bussing from Austin to the ranch and club and lunch and dinner.
The 2023 Chef to Chef Conference will include the second-ever Club Tour, giving attendees a unique opportunity to get an up-close, exclusive look at the food-and-beverage operation inside the legendary Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, Fla.
This special, limited club tour is only available to 35 attendees. The tour includes luxury bussing from Miami to Ocean Reef. Upon arrival, attendees will meet with the club’s vice presidents, chefs and executive leadership team, who will kick off the tour with an insightful look at the club’s daily operations.
From there, attendees will break into smaller groups for an educational golf cart tour of Ocean Reef’s culinary operation and restaurants. Each group will be guided by one of the property’s chefs to ensure personal, one-on-one time with Ocean Reef’s culinary professionals.

The Ocean Reef Club Tour will conclude with a Keys Style Beach BBQ Dinner attendees won’t soon forget, featuring some of Ocean Reef’s most popular food stations.
This program is approved for 5 continuing education hours toward the initial or recertification application for ACF certification.
