Laura Herman, CEPC, attended The French Pastry School. She has served as Pastry Chef for Westmoreland Country Club from 2010 to 2012, Pastry Chef for Conway Farms Golf Club from 2012 to 2018, and as Executive Pastry Chef for the Woman’s Athletic Club of Chicago from 2018 to 2021.
Today, Herman is the Executive Pastry Chef of Shoreacres in Lake Bluff, Ill.
