Important Dates & Deadlines
- Sponsor Set-up: Sunday, March 3rd, 10:00am – 5:00pm
- Note: You must be set-up by 5pm on March 3rd for the start of the cocktail reception
- Sponsor Tear-down: March 5th, 7:00pm – 9:00pm
- Schedule your shipment(s) to arrive 4 days prior to the start of the event. Use the name of the recipient who will be on-site to receive package(s).
Tabletop Logistics
- You will have a 6-foot draped table with 2 chairs and a waste basket
- Your space behind your table will allow for a backdrop OR pop-up banner(s) of 8 feet or less
- Suggested times to man your table are all networking breaks and on site receptions
- Electricity is NOT included. The order form is listed under Order Forms & Resources
