Travis Teague, Executive Chef, Castle Pines Golf Club (Castle Rock, Colo.), has built his career through steady progression, long-term commitment, and hands-on kitchen leadership.
Teague began cooking at Pino’s Place in Castle Rock in 1996, working as a line cook throughout high school. He went on to study at the Art Institute of Colorado, graduating in 2002. Following culinary school, he served as chef at Coos Bay Bistro in Denver’s University District before joining Castle Pines Golf Club.
Now in his 20th season at Castle Pines, Teague leads the club’s culinary program with the perspective of someone who has grown alongside the operation, evolving from line cook to executive chef while maintaining a deep understanding of the club, its members, and its standards.
