Rich Rosendale, CMC, is a highly accomplished chef with over 25 years of experience in the culinary industry. Rosendale has served as Executive Chef at The Greenbrier resort. As the youngest Executive Chef in The Greenbrier history, Rosendale opened five new restaurants and launched the 44-acre Greenbrier Farm.
Rosendale has also competed in high-profile culinary competitions, including representing the U.S. at the biennial 2013 Bocuse d’Or in Lyon, France, and appearing on Iron Chef America and Chopped.
In addition to his culinary career, Rosendale has made numerous media appearances, including on The Today Show and the Food Network’s Chopped and Iron Chef America.
Rosendale is also passionate about culinary education, mentoring the next generation of chefs and sharing his knowledge through workshops and seminars.
