Joanna DeChellis is an award-winning writer and editor who specializes in culinary and chef-related content. As the Editor of Club + Resort Chef magazine, she has written dozens of profiles detailing the inner workings of food and beverages operations at clubs and resorts across the country. She has penned articles about the many intricacies within food and beverage as well as culinary trends and breaking news. She has served in a variety of content-development roles over the course of her career, including digital, marketing, print and in-person events. She also has been a freelance contributor to many hospitality publications and businesses. Prior to her current post, she was the managing editor of Club + Resort Business magazine. She is a graduate of John Carroll University.
