Christine Hazel, a Philadelphia native, is an accomplished chef and hospitality leader with a decade of experience in luxury resorts and prestigious country clubs. Most recently, she served as Resort Executive Chef at Nemacolin (Farmington, Pa.), where she led culinary operations, focusing on exceptional dining experiences and large-scale events.
Previously, Hazel held executive chef roles at Huntingdon Valley (Pa.)Country Club and North Shore Bar and Kitchen, where she excelled in menu development, banquet operations, and team leadership. Her culinary talents were also showcased as a contestant on season 14 of Hell’s Kitchen with Chef Gordon Ramsay and as the Champion of Chopped, impressing judges, including Martha Stewart.
Hazel’s dedication extends to community involvement, supporting organizations like United Way of Greater Philadelphia, Autism Speaks, and AMFAR (AIDS Awareness). In addition, she is an entrepreneur with a line of extra virgin olive oils and vinegars through Taste of Old Country and serves as a Chef Ambassador for Flint and Flame Knives.
