Speakers, use the unique Speaker Registration link below and follow the detailed steps below to complete your registration by March 7, 2025.
Enter the personal information for the person you are registering. Click Next.
*If the Country box auto fills the incorrect country, please click the dropdown and select your correct Country.
The guest page will show. If you are not adding a guest, skip to the next page.
The registration ticket type page will show. Click Next.
Select one of the four Club Tours to attend. Click Next.
Seats are limited and are available on a first come, first served basis.
Confirm all the information is correct on the Registration Summary page and accept the Terms & Conditions on the Order Summary page. Click Submit.
A confirmation email will be emailed to you.
Make sure to save your confirmation email in case you need to modify your registration later.
Details for the date and time of your presentation can be found under your profile HERE.
We recommend that speakers arrive 30 minutes before their session to pick up their conference badge at the registration desk and report to their session room 15 minutes before their presentation.
Chef whites or business professional attire is recommended for all speakers.
Presentation Materials
Below is a downloadable PowerPoint template that we require all speakers to use. We ask that you submit your presentation by March 7, 2025.
Please also bring your PowerPoint on a jumpdrive to the conference as a backup.
If you wish to include videos in your presentation, they will need to be embedded into your presentation.
Please clearly label the presentation with the speaker’s first and last name.
Chef to Chef will supply a projector, screen and microphone. There will be a conference laptop in each session room as well as a wireless clicker. Personal laptops cannot be used.
Hotel and Event Information
Chef to Chef takes place March 23-25, 2025, at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront. Information regarding the hotel can be found HERE.
A room block is available at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront. The room rate is $250++ per night and reservations must be made by 2/27/25.
