We recommend that speakers arrive 60 minutes before their session to pick up their conference badge at the registration desk and report to their session room 30 minutes before their presentation. There will be a tech rehearsal on March 5th from 1:00pm – 4:00pm
Business casual or chef coats are appropriate for the meeting sessions.
Material must be free of any specific product endorsements and must not contain any derogatory or otherwise disparaging reference about any specific product or company.
Below is a downloadable PowerPoint template that we require all speakers to use. Please submit your presentation by February 18, 2023.
Please also bring your PowerPoint on a jump drive to the conference as a backup.
The General Session room will have a large stage, a podium with screens on either side, a wireless clicker, a monitor and a speaker timer. All presentations will run from the A/V provided laptops at the tech table. The option of using a podium mic or a lavalier mic is yours.
